CORE://REPLENISH

Lifecycle email that sells while you sleep

A full-funnel Klaviyo lifecycle program for an eco-baby e-commerce brand — including a replenishment trigger that emails parents before the diapers run out.

Active client engagement — PureBorn (UAE)

The problem

PureBorn's email revenue depended on manually sent campaigns. Every lifecycle moment — abandoned carts, lapsed customers, replenishment windows — passed silently unless a human remembered.

The system

A complete lifecycle program built as native drag-and-drop Klaviyo templates: Abandoned Cart, We Miss You, Subscribe & Save, Running Low Restock, Leave a Review, Order Confirmation — and the hero flow, a consumable-replenishment trigger timed by purchase data. Templates were built and pushed programmatically via MCP. Delivered alongside a conversion-focused UX proposal with a working Next.js prototype — one client, three disciplines.

How it flows

  1. 01

    Purchase event

Shopify order data lands in Klaviyo

  2. 02

    Consumption model

    Days-of-supply estimated from order history

  3. 03

    Trigger fires

Right before the product runs out

  4. 04

    Branded flow sends

    Native template, on-brand, genuinely useful

  5. 05

    Review & tuneHuman checkpoint

    Performance reviewed with the client

Who this is for

E-commerce brands with repeat-purchase products. Replaces ad-hoc campaign sending with a machine that catches every lifecycle moment — the replenishment pattern alone applies to any consumable business.
